You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the reception is open from Monday to Friday and from 07:00 until 18:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 until 12:00. On Sundays and public holidays, the reception is only occupied as needed. If check-in is between 18:00 and 22:00, you will find your room key card in an envelope with check-in information, which is deposited at the reception. Guests arriving after 22:00 or on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays can pick up their keys from the property's key box (on the right next to the entrance) which can be accessed with a code. This needs to be requested between Monday till Friday from 7.00 until 17:00. Please contact the property for further instructions via e-mail or phone.
